Wet N' Wild Las Vegas {Review}

I can remember back in the 80s when my family and I used to come to Las Vegas and the Wet N' Wild was on the strip! We used to love it there! When I heard they were building a new one off the strip I was excited for my Las Vegas family and friends. When we moved to Las Vegas last year, I knew I had visit it with my kids! The great thing about Wet N' Wild is that there is something for everyone. A special area for toddlers, wave pools and slides from the kids that can handle it. The Colorado Cooler is perfect for the whole family.

My family and I love any kind of lazy river. Here at Wet N' Wild it is called the Colorado Cooler, an endless 1,100 foot lap pool that keeps your cool and refreshed! We could stay in here for hours! In fact, we did!

We were able to get a cabana right on the side of the Colorado Cooler

Cabanas are available! Be sure to get there early to reserve one! The good thing is they have them around the park, overlooking many of the attractions which make it perfect for you to keep an eye out on your kids.

My favorite ride (slide) in the park is the Desert Racers. This seems to be the new types of slides. There was one similar to this at another waterpark I've been to before. From 6 stories high, the Desert Racers takes you head-first onto a 6-lane downhill speedway. You can accept the challenge to determine who is the fastest as you race your family and friends side-by-side on this exhilarating voyage. This 360 foot raceway launches you down the slides at speeds of more than 20 feet-per-second. My family and I all enjoyed racing and being competitive this day.
