5 Month #Cinchspiration Update

Here we are on month 5 already! I've had another whirlwind of a month. With family in town for different occasions, family road trips and Thanksgiving it's been a busy month! Busy months usually means hard to stick to a routine.
My family and I have been busy, especially on the weekends. Birthday parties, other celebrations, family trips and the holidays we've had them all. We had one weekend where we had 3 parties to attend in one day. On a recent trip to Palm Springs, my family and I did a getaway as our Thanksgiving celebration because my Husband worked on Thanksgiving Day.
I am officially out of my Cinch Meal Bars and I have relied on the shakes. I've gotten used to having the shakes even though it's been cold. Last month I was having a hard time trying to drink a smoothie for breakfast when it was so cold out. I've been having oatmeal with fruit to help with that.
No major updates. I'm still losing, I'm still working out and I'm still loving the Cinch program. I have had some medical issues I've been dealing with...but I've been fine. I told my Dr. "I'm trying to be healthy and this is what happens!" He laughed and said, "Sometimes running isn't for everyone." So yes, I've been trying to run more instead of just jogging or power walking. And since I started that I've been having knee pain, but I didn't worry about it, until I stood up one day and couldn't move. I couldn't extend my leg and my knee just totally gave out on me. Thankfully it wasn't a serious injury. Dr says strains in the hamstring and knee tendons can cause this when running. Although he told me not to workout until it was completely healed. I waited a week and went back into it. Of course I have had to switch up some of my workout routines and not run as much as I'd like to, but it's something I will deal with...just like with my shoulder/neck pain which my Dr can't figure out. Oh well!
I have 12 more pounds to go and I'll be HAPPY!!
Weight: 138
Waist: 29
Hips: 36
Thighs: 23
Arms: 12
Chest: 32.5
Neck: 14
I have not had much change in my arms, chest and neck and are slowly seeing results in my body overall. Click here for my updated vlog.
Happy Holidays to you all and I hope you (and I) can stay on track this Holiday Season!!!
