Week 5 Cinch Journey #Cinchspiration

I admit, I splurged on some meals, had some dessert but on the plus side Hubby and I still made it to the gym. Not to mention we walked about 3 1/2 miles on the strip!

Now that we're back from our vacay I can get back into our family routine as well as my own routine. BRING IT ON!!!!
My favorite shake this week has been:
8oz of nonfat milk
1 cup of ice
1 tbsp of almond butter
2 scoops of chocolate or vanilla Cinch powder
with an occasional half of a banana.
