4 Month #Cinchspiration Update

So here we are, 4 months into my weight loss journey. I've had a roller coaster of results but am back on track. After almost 2 months of hitting a plateau, I was getting frustrated. I turned to my fellow Cinchspiration Ladies to help me keep my spirits up and keep on going. They were the perfect shoulder to cry on, perfect people to vent to!
Last Monday I weighed myself, with much hesitation I looked down and saw that the scale had finally moved! I was down 2 more pounds. It was such a relief. I'm jealous that I haven't had the results that most of the other women have had, but I'll take what I can get. I need to figure out what it is that I need more or {or less of} and go from there. I thought cardio twice a day for an hour and circuit training for 30 minutes 4-5 days a week was enough, but apparently not enough for my body. 
My appetite has been a lot more easy going lately. My body is getting 110% used to my calorie intake as well as my diet. The only downfall is I'm almost out of my most favorite Cinch meal in a bar, the peanut butter chocolate chip. My last 2 boxes came with two boxes of the blueberry crunch meal in a bar instead of one blueberry crunch and one peanut butter chocolate chip. I'm still having a shake one-two times day. I've gotten used to the pomegranate energy tea more. Although I like having it as a hot tea somedays, I enjoy it more as a cold iced tea. With the Fall among us it's starting to get more tough to down a cold shake in the morning. So I've started to switch it up and have a small cup of oatmeal with my shake. Somedays I have a whole grain waffle with some fruit. A new mix for my shake I've been doing lately is:
  • half a banana
  • half an avocado
  • almond milk
  • ice
  • vanilla Cinch

Excuse the blurry picture. My son wanted to take the picture of me. Although I'm not seeing "extreme" results like some of the other ladies on the Cinch program have, I am noticing my clothes are getting more loose. My jeans are not as snug and I have much more energy and stamina than I did before. I have only gone down 1 pant size so far. I still have those thighs to work on! My main concern was my tummy/mid section area. My arms are definitely toning as I never had an ounce of definition in my bicep. Still working on the arm flab, but it too is slowly disappearing. 
This is my progress thus far. You can obviously see the difference. My belly is finally shrinking. My arms are slimming down too. I am still not at my goal weight or body, but I know I'm getting there.  I'm kind of embarrassed looking back at Day 1. I knew I wasn't skinny minnie, but wow. And I feel a whole lot better than I did back then. I also love working out and eating healthier. 
In talking with some of my health conscious, fitness friends of mine they have also been my motivation and go to when it comes to fitness questions. Many have recommended that I continue to do my workouts but start adding more weight and strengthening. I have changed my life, my lifestyle and my eating habits. I am proud to say I've been able to overcome some of the {bad} habits I've had and have even got my kids to follow. I'm still working on eating habits with the Hubby! He blames his job industry {Culinary Director} on why he has such a hard time losing weight and eating right.

2 more months of Cinch to go! About 15 more lbs to go!!!
