I can't believe it's been 2 months already. I have had trouble with my Cinch program since entering the Summer months. We have been on the go with picnics, bbq's, travel and many friends and family in town throughout the Summer. My mornings have always been easy, starting off with a shake or Cinch bar. By the time lunchtime comes around, we're out and about either at a theme park, the beach, the pool...somewhere!

I have been able to sustain from over indulging, but have broke down many times eating wherever we were, whatever was available. Typical Summertime issues for me. Yes, it's bikini season, but it's also hard to overlook all the party invites to bbq's, picnics and pool parties. I did however try to bring my bars and individual packets with me while I traveled. Even on a recent trip to Las Vegas for my birthday, I started every morning with a Cinch shake! I had my early morning breakfast cocktail in Vegas...my Cinch Shake!!
Although it's been rough to stick to a schedule it's been hard to stick to a workout routine with the injury to my shoulder and neck that I've had. As I've mentioned in the previous update, I've been having workout issues and also seeing a physical therapist regularly.  I've had many bumps in the road and especially harder to not get in as much exercise as I had been wanting to and once had. I was religiously doing cardio daily as well as circuit training 3-4 times a week before I had injury to my neck and shoulder. Walking is the most I can do and even that I can only do for 30 minutes at the most, before needing rest. 
Despite not reaching my goal by my birthday (July 28th), I am still happy with my results being that I can't workout as much as I'd like to. I have been able to maintain my weight, maintain my eating habits and not over induldge. My weakness this past month has been beer! While out on the lake, river, the beach or by the pool it's hard not to have a beer or something. I have been able to choose the beers I have and make sure I again, don't over indulge.

All in all I have seen changes in my clothes and the way some fit. I have seen it in midsection more so than in my thighs, or arms. My toughest part is my hips and thighs. If I can continue to lose in my midsection along with my hips and thighs, I will be a happy camper! I really can use some strengthening so I can start working out again, toning and getting the FAT to disappear! To me, it's not about my weight it's about what I see in the mirror. Although I am happy to see a change, I want more!! Only time will tell....
