I have done all kinds of diets in the past and got bored. A few months ago I started CINCH and was so excited. It just seemed like the kind of diet that I could keep up with and not get bored. For 3 months I made the commitment to the awesome shakes, exercise and changing my eating habits. The shakes were great, the bars were delicious. In the 3 months I lost 12lbs. My favorites were the chocolate shake and the 3 in 1 Boost vitamins.
I was able to get off the plan and maintain my weight just by eating "right". Though even with exercise and eating right I've hit that plateau. I'm here again to start the journey and share with you my progress. I've got a great support from Team Cinchspiration which truly helps. Sommer Poquette has been such an inspiration, leader and support in so many ways! And thanks to her, I'm ready to Cinch It....again!
