I am now ending week 3 of my Cinch Journey. It is becoming more easier, yet I still have a few bumps some days. The biggest problem for me is craving a hot breakfast in the morning and of course my favorite guilty pleasure...Starbucks. I have not had Starbucks, or coffee since the New Year, so it went along well with the program.
I am now completely out of my Chocolate Shake powder. This was my favorite. I didn't get sick of having Chocolate/Banana shakes every morning but now I will have to change it up with the Vanilla. I also like to add in some almond butter for some added flavor.
I have now lost a total of 6lbs. But only 1 inch off my waist. Kinda disappointed but I have to work out harder. I have not been consistent. I have been working out daily, just not consistent with the intensity of my workouts. I have also tried incorporating other workout programs because I tend to get bored easily. So far I've liked playing Wii Fit, Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred as well as incorporating some workouts from Tone it Up and Fit Moms for Life. I especially love the Toned in '12 Abs Circut by Tone it Up.
So 3 weeks down for my Cinch program but I'm determined to do more!
