Losing weight is always a challenge as it is a journey. The ups and downs, highs and lows. To some, it may come easy, others like me, it's a battle. This week went by ok. I have gotten it down to a routine with the shakes and meal bars. My favorite is still the Chocolate Shake with banana. My favorite meal bar hands down is the Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter. Unfortunately I do not like the blueberry one. It really tastes like a "diet" bar to me. My favorite snack bars are the Chocolate Decadence. I have not yet tried the Lemon Zest one as I'm not a big fan of lemony things...except Lemonade!
It has now been 2 weeks and I have lost 3lbs. It's a great start, also losing at the right pace. Unfortunately I am losing inches and that is my main focus. That's when I know I am heading in the right directions!
